Osun rerun: PDP determined, undeterred to make Adeleke governor – Saraki

The Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has declared that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, remains undeterred and determined to emerge victorious.

He said this while commending PDP’s candidate in the ongoing governorship rerun election, Ademola Adeleke and the party’s supporters for their resilience.

In a tweet, the Senate President insisted that PDP will ensure that Adeleke emerge victorious.

He wrote: “I visited the Governorship candidate of our party, Senator Ademola Adeleke, in Ede today to commend him and his supporters for their resilience and to let him know that we remain undeterred and determined to ensure that he becomes the next Governor of Osun State. #OsunDecides2018.”

Following an inconclusive election on Saturday, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, had rescheduled the poll till today for a rerun.
