Osinbajo arrives Lagos to commission Lagos-Ibadan Railway Project.

The Acting President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, on Tuesday arrived Lagos state for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Lagos-Ibadan Railway Project.

The project is the second segment of President Buhari administration’s new Lagos – Kano standard-gauge railway with an extension to the Lagos Port Complex, Apapa.

Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, governors Ambode and Ibikunle Amosun, Oba Akiolu of Lagos and other dignitaries are presently at the event.

The Lagos-Kano Railway Standard Gauge Project will generate massive employment for youths and bridge the Infrastructural gap in the Transport Sector of the economy.
