Nigeria U-17 star, Victor Osimhen, has disowned an Instagram account, which celebrated his transfer to Bundesliga club, Wolfsburg.
The imposter had posted: “Thank you LORD…so overwhelmed training with the main team today.#vflwolfsburg.”
But speaking from the Wolfsburg Arena on Tuesday, Osimhen said: “I’m not the one using that victorosimhen on Instagram and I have no such account.
“It’s a fake account and my account on Instagram is: 9JVO
“I’m happy here and I will speak at the appropriate time. People should disregard any story from that Instagram account.”
Osimhen will officially sign for the German team, by the time he turns 18 in January 2017.
