Asisat Oshoala scored once, as Arsenal Ladies beat Notts County 2-0 in the Women’s Super League, to end her five-month barren run in front of goal.

The Super Falcons forward, fired pass Megan Walsh, to give her side the lead at Meadow Lane Stadium.

Oshoala has failed to score since she made her debut for Arsenal Ladies, in their 3-1 win over Reading FC Women on March 23, 2015.

The victory over Notts County takes Pedro Losa’s ladies to third place, with 23 points from 12 matches.
