Oshiomhole fires aide over poor performance

Edo State governor, Adams Oshiomhole has terminated the appointment of Mr Hillary Ekhoye as the state’s Executive Director, Public Procurement Agency.

The governor disclosed, in a letter which was dated Wednesday, September 24, 2014 and signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Julius Ihonvbere, that the termination was as a result of poor performance.

Mr Ekhoye, whose dismissal takes immediate effect, was directed to hand over any Government property in his possession to the Secretary, Edo State Public Procurement Agency.
