Omokri reacts to FG’s plan to probe on return from US

Reno Omokri, the former aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, has reacted to Federal Government’s plan to probe the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar over alleged fraud.

Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, had said Abubakar would be investigated over his alleged role in the collapse of former Bank PHB.

Speaking with State House Correspondents at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, Mohammed disclosed that Abubakar would be questioned when he returns from the United States, US. 

Reacting to the development, Omokri wondered why the Buhari government all of a sudden wants to persecute Atiku after being accepted in America.

The former presidential Spokesman wrote: “All of a sudden, ‘Lie’ Mohammed just remembered that the Buharu administration had to question Atiku.

“Hmm! Somebody has caught American Fever because of Atiku in America. They should face their “Governotorial” candidate and leave Atiku alone.”
