Omeruo to join Chelsea pre-season on July 25

Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo, is set to join Chelsea’s pre-season training on July 25.

According to his representatives, “An agreement has been reached for Kenneth to join Chelsea for pre-season training on July 25.

“His travel papers are now being processed and he will join the club in time for preparations for the new season.”

Blues boss Jose Mourinho, has already expressed his eagerness to work with the Nigerian, after his impressive displays at the Africa Cup of Nations in South Africa.

The 19-year-old Omeruo spent one season and a half in Holland with Ado Den Haag.
