Olu Falae flown abroad for treatment

A former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Chief Olu Falae has been flown to the United Kingdom for medical treatment.
This development is coming five weeks after he was kidnapped by some suspected Fulani herdsmen on his farm in Ilado village, Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State.
Vanguard reports that the elder statesman left the shores of Nigeria for London for a thorough medical attention on Friday.
One of his aides, the Personal Assistant, Captain Moshood Raji (rtd) confirmed that the former minister has traveled out of the country for medical check up.
Raji said that the politician had not been able to have enough rest after the abduction saga.
According to him “Chief Falae would used the opportunity of the vacation to do some other things which include medical treatment.”
The Personal Assistant added that “Chief traveled to the United Kingdom on vacation and would also have his medical check up there, but he is expected to be back by the end of this month”.
