New Nigeria coach, Sunday Oliseh, took charge of his first training session on Tuesday, as he prepares the team for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Tanzania next month.
The Super Eagles players available, were mostly those playing in the domestic league. Oliseh led the players in a light work out session at the National Stadium in Abuja, alongside his assistants Jean Francois Losciuto, Salisu Yusuf and Alloysius Agu.
In the evening, the team did more of ball work, with the NPFL players eager to impress the new man in charge.
The team will hold their next training session on Wednesday morning.
Their opponents, Tanzania, are in Turkey preparing for the game which will they will host in Dar Es Salaam. .
