Head coach of the Super Eagles, Sunday Oliseh, has admitted he has not fully recovered from illness, which saw him flown out for medical attention in Belgium last month.
Oliseh said he decided to return for the 2016 FIFA World Cup qualifier between Nigeria and Swaziland, because of the importance of the game.
“I am not 100% fit but this is a crucial match and we have to give it our all; that is why I managed to be here,” he said.
“The boys are in high spirit and we have devised plans to get it right. We want to win all our matches so as to qualify for the world cup, that is our target”, he added.
The former national team captain, also stressed that he was not underrating the Swaziland team, as they were capable of an upset.
“They are a team that shocked Guinea and it is not going to be easy playing them especially when we are playing them on an artificial turf at their home. So, we know what is waiting for us.
“We have had our wake up call when we played against Tanzania. Hopefully, by God’s grace we will try our best. But the boys are in good spirit so I am optimistic,” he added.
