Ogun: Sagamu cult war leaves six dead

Six persons were killed on Tuesday in a cult war involving suspected members.

The fight for supremacy involved the Aiye Confraternity and Eiye Confraternity.

Both camp lost six persons – three on each sides in a reprisal attacks, which occurred in Tuskun area of Sagamu.

Commissioner of Police, Bashir Makama, told newsmen that the incident was under investigation.

He said information on findings would be communicated to the media.

The police boss added that the Police Inspector, Sunday Ogundapo, who was missing during the Ifo mayhem on Sunday, has been found with grave injuries inflicted on him by his assailants.
