Ogun 2019: Gov Amosun’s Chief of Staff resigns

Chief Tolu Odebiyi, the Senatorial Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Ogun West and the Chief of Staff to state Governor, Ibikunle Amosun, has resigned his appointment with the state government.

Odebiyi expressed deep gratitude to Governor Amosun for the opportunity given him to serve the people of Ogun State.

He disclosed his resignation in a statement and expressed gratitude to members of the State Executive Council for their support and cooperation during his period of service.

The ex-Chief of Staff said he was pleased with the confidence the Governor reposed in him by the appointment and the process that led to his emergence as the APC Senatorial Candidate.

He noted that Amosun was a visionary leader who impacted positively on the socio-economic development of the state.

He vowed to make the progress of Ogun State paramount in all his future engagements and thanked the good people of Ogun State for their support and opportunity to serve them.

He prayed for peace in the upcoming general elections.
