Chinedu Obasi has undergone a medical with Swedish club, AIK, after visiting compatriot, Dickson Etuhu.
According to his representative, Henry Isaac of Rogon Sports Agency, the 30-year-old might sign for AIK, after walking out of Nowergian team, Lillestrom.
“He went to visit Dickson Etuhu,” Isaac said.
“Then the club started talking to him and he asked him to do a medical. They found out he is okay.
“The whole story was all over the newspapers in Sweden, but he’s due to fly back to Germany this night (Tuesday).”
Obasi is a free agent, after Bundesliga club Schalke 04 released him last year.
