Obanikoro says Obasanjo’s endorsement of Buhari is meaningless

A former Minister of State for Defence and chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Sen. Musiliu Obanikoro, has described former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s endorsement of the presidential flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress, APC, General Muhammadu Buhari, as meaningless.

Obanikoro took to his Twitter handle to tweet that “Obasanjo’s endorsement of Buhari is meaningless in Yorubaland and should be treated as such across Nigeria.”

He went on to attack Obasanjo’s botched third term bid by posting that “Nigerians have not forgotten how Obasanjo subverted the democratic process with his failed third term agenda.”
