Seattle Sounders striker, Obafemi Martins, was in fine form again as he helped his MLS club beat Portland Timbers 2-1 on Sunday night.
Oba, as he is fondly called in the US, opened scoring in the 6th minute, when he pounced on a defensive mix-up to finish off with his favoured left foot.
He also had a hand in the second goal, after he was fouled inside the area. Brad Evan converted Sounders’ second goal from the penalty spot.
Martins has now scored 10 goals in 14 games.
