Obafemi Martins, Iheanacho return as Oliseh names 24 for Swaziland


Head coach of the Super Eagles, Sunday Oliseh, has called up Seattle Sounders’ striker, Obafemi Martins, ahead of Nigeria’s 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Swaziland.

Martins, who has not featured for the national team in two years, has been in great form for his Major League Soccer side.

Oliseh also called up six players from the domestic league.

The two-legged fixture, will be played over four days in November.

Nigeria travel to Lobamba for the first leg on November 13, while the return leg will be staged at the Adokiye Amiesiamaka Stadium in Port Harcourt on November 17.

All players are expected to arrive at Bolton White Apartments in Abuja on November 8.
