NYSC: Tears as female corps member who died in Kano is laid to rest [PHOTOS]

A female corps member, Ifedolapo Oladepo, who died at National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, orientation camp in Kano State has been laid to rest.

Oladepo, a First Class graduate of Transport Management from the Ladoke Akintola university of Technology, Ogbomoso, died on Tuesday and was laid to rest in her hometown in Osogbo, Osun State.

Recall that confusion rocked the Bayelsa State Orientation Camp in Kaiama, Kolokuma-Opokuma Local Government Area of the state following the death of another female member, Miss Elechi Chinyerem, aged 27. 

Unconfirmed reports making the rounds have it that the deaths were as a result of negligence from camp officials, who allegedly mistook their illness for pretense to avoid going out for parade.

The NYSC management is yet to comment on the incidents.
