Enyimba’s Stephen Chukwude has said they must win their next Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) clash against Remo Stars, if they must achieve their objectives this season.
Chukwude believes a victory over the Sky Blue Stars on Wednesday, would hand the People’s Elephants a boost, as they seek to win the league title again.
“We must beat our Wednesday foes because a win will take us up on the league table and renew our resolve to end the season as league champions.
“We need to make a statement against Remo Stars so that other teams will take us seriously during the second round,” he told Goal.
Enyimba are seventh in the log with 25 points from 18 games.
