Shooting Stars General Manager Rasheed Balogun, Plateau United manager Kennedy Boboye and goalkeeper Dele Ajiboye, have all sent written apologies to the League Management Company (LMC), for their recent misconduct.

Balogun was involved in a touchline confrontation with Boboye, during a Match Day 12 fixture at the Lekan Salami Stadium.

He was fined N200,000 while Boboye was fined N100,000.

In a series of tweets posted via their official handle on Tuesday, the LMC confirmed that Boboye has accepted the charge and will serve a three-match ban.

Boboye wrote: “I, Kennedy Boboye hereby tender my unreserved apology… with a promise that I will conduct myself in a gentleman manner in our subsequent matches.”

Former Golden Eaglets keeper Ajiboye also wrote: “I wish to tender my apology to the LMC with a promise that such will not happen again. My action is highly regrettable and l promise to be of good conduct in our remaining NPFL fixtures of the season.”
