The Anti-Robbery Team of the Okehi Division in Rivers State has arrested a notorious kidnapper and his gang member.
The gang allegedly kidnapped the paramount Ruler of Umuechem and held him hostage for several days.
The suspects, 19-year-old Otamasiri Onyesu and Emeka Nwala, 25, were paraded alongside other criminals.
Police say they will be charged to court soon as investigation is concluded.
