The Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II has revealed that the immediate past Minister of Petroleum resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke was untouchable during the administration of former President, Goodluck Jonathan.
Sanusi, who was the former Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, made the disclosure in an interview to be aired today on Forbes Africa Television programme, “My Worst day with Peace Hyde.”
According to the Emir, nobody who had confronted the former Minister when she was still in office ever survived it.
DAILY POST recalls that the former CBN governor got into trouble with Jonathan’s administration after he claimed that $20 billion from oil remittances was missing.
He further alleged that the former President threatened him over the matter.
