NOA partners INEC over February elections in Plateau

The National Orientation Agency, the Plateau State Chapter disclosed yesterday that it has entered into partnership with the Independent National Electoral Commission in order to sensitize its staff on the possible challenges in the forthcoming general elections.

Mr Bulus Dabit, the state Director of NOA, told journalists in Jos that the Agency’s staff would be enlightened on the rules governing conducts of the elections.

Dabit said, it is the responsibility of NOA as a messenger in the electoral process to sensitize the right people so that they will come out during the polls to perform their civic rights.

The NOA Director, stated that voters need to be sensitized on the need for the electorate to conduct themselves properly while performing their civic rights during the general elections .

He further stated that, if people have the right orientation, it will be easy for the agency to educate voters on the need to vote for the right leaders, especially those that would create the right environment for their businesses to thrive.
