Chelsea have been handed a boost ahead of their pre-season friendly against Barcelona, after Tammy Abraham returned to training.
Abraham’s return to training, will give manager Frank Lampard a chance to assess the striker, before deciding his future at Stamford Bridge.
Lampard revealed the player did not feature in the 1-0 defeat to Kawasaki Frontale last week, because he was suffering from tonsillitis.
However, Abraham trained with the rest of the squad, as seen in the pictures published by Chelsea on their official website.
The one-time Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) target has spent three successive seasons on loan at Bristol City, Swansea City and Aston Villa.
After the Barcelona game, the Blues will meet Reading (July 28), RB Salzburg (July 31) and Borussia Monchengladbach (August 3).
