Some policemen engaged each other in a physical combat at the Ahmadu Bello Way, by Muhammadu Buhari Junction in Abuja.
A video gone viral on social media showed the officers throwing punches at each other.
The incident also traffic caused congestion in the area as the policemen abandoned their job to fight themselves.
