Head coach of the Super Eagles, Gernot Rohr, has admitted that his team had defensive problems, despite a resounding 4-0 win over Libya, in a 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Saturday.
Odion Ighalo netted a superb hat-trick, before Samuel Kalu rounded off scoring with a stunning finish.
Rohr is refusing to be carried away, especially with the return leg in three days time.
“This result does not mean we had a perfect game today.
“We had problems defensively especially in the first half and before we play Libya again in three days, we must improve on our weak areas,” the German said, according to the Eagles’ official Twitter handle.
