Controversial On-Air-Personality, Daddy Freeze, has taken a swipe at pastors and gospel singer, Nathaniel Bassey, after Nigeria beat Iceland 2-0 on Friday, to keep their 2018 World Cup hopes alive.

Freeze, who is notorious for criticizing religious figures, warned them not to take glory for the Super Eagles’ win.

“Dear Galaxy tither and other pastors, don’t take credit for today’s win, the man who scored both goals is a Muslim!

“Thank God they are not doing #HallelujahChallenge Nathaniel Bassey sef for claim am join.

“No be by anointing of jersey o, we no be mumu,” he tweeted after the game.

Nigeria need to avoid defeat against Argentina in their last Group D match, to qualify for the next round.
