Argentina coach, Jorge Sampaoli has named Chelsea wingback, Victor Moses as the most relevant player in the Super Eagles squad.
Sampaoli said this while analyzing the Nigeria National Team during Monday press conference in St. Petersburg ahead of Argentina’s make or mar last Group D game against Nigeria.
The Argentina team is not at its best level ahead of today’s match at Krestovsky Stadium, following their 3-0 loss to Croatia and the draw against Iceland.
”With Croatia [Nigeria] played almost a 4-3-3, now they are playing with almost 5-3-2,” Sampaoli stated.
“They have very relevant players with a lot of experience such as Moses and the team in the second half of the matches they tend to make the difference from the physical standpoint, and they tend to play from box to box,” he added.
The Super Eagles will progress to the last sixteen if Lionel Messi and co. fail to find the net.
