The PDP agent on Saturday in Abaji, FCT, rejected Presidential and National Assembly results over allegations that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) mixed up the result sheets.
Mr Abubakar Ibrahim, who spoke with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), said that INEC officials at Abaji Local Government mixed up the presidential and National Assembly sheets.
Ibrahim said that forms meant for Naharati Sabo ward in Abaji were taken to Gasakpa village, near Niger.
” This is a costly mistake, election started and ended in good time here in Naharati, Sabo but result sheets for the results of the polls were in another village.
“The distance from Naharati to Gasakpa is a two-hour journey, this is unacceptable,” he said.
Mr Ocheje Muhammed, the Presiding Officer (PO) at Abaji East Primary School polling station in Nuku Sabogari Ward also said that final result sheets meant for Kekeshi polling station were also mixed up with Agyana Pandagi Ward.
Efforts to speak with the Electoral Officer in Abaji at the time of filing this story, were unsuccessful as she was not available to speak
