Former President, Olusegun Obasanjo, Friday, had a closed-door meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari.

It was gathered that the meeting was prompted by the rising spate of attacks in the Niger Delta as well the long awaited looters’ list.

However, the outcome of the meeting remains unknown as newsmen were not allowed entry into the venue.

The meeting came barely 24 hours after Buhari and his predecessor, Goodluck Jonathan, met at the presidential villa over the bombing of oil facilities by the Niger Delta militants.

The meeting between Buhari and Jonathan took place at the official residence of the president, which Jonathan occupied for six years.

According to reports, President Buhari during the meeting made it clear to Jonathan that there was no plan to arrest him or his wife, Patience over the ongoing anti-corruption war.
