Nigerian winger, Ahmed Musa, says compatriot at Leicester City, Wilfred Ndidi, is a capable replacement for France midfielder, N’Golo Kante, who left the club for Chelsea in the summer.
The former Gent midfielder was impressive in his debut for Leicester in their 2-1 win against Everton in the third round of the FA Cup on Saturday after completing his £15million transfer.
Musa hit the net twice for Leicester to help the foxes progress to the fourth round.
Speaking on Ndidi’s performance, the former CSKA Moscow forward assured Leicester fans they should expect more from the 20-year-old.
He told Leicestermercury, “He is a very good player and I say my brother is here with me.
“I feel very happy for him and you could see he played very well. You can see he will work very hard for the team.
“I am going to do my best to help him settle down. The fans can expect a lot from him and you can see what he can do.
“Definitely, in the two players, I think they are different, but I think Ndidi can do the same work that Kante can do. They are a little bit similar, yes.”
