Nasarawa: Saraki speaks on gas explosion

The Senate President, Bukola Saraki on Monday reacted to the gas explosion that occurred in Nasarawa State.

DAILY POST had reported that several persons were roasted beyond recognition and others injured in a gas explosion that occurred in Lafia, the Nasarawa State capital.

The incident occurred at the popular Natson gas station.

Reacting to the incident, Saraki, who was in the state, promised to support the government in ensuring the speedy recovery of all victims.

In a tweet, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Presidential aspirant wrote: “I just visited the survivors of today’s horrific gas explosion in Nasarawa State. My thoughts and prayers remain with the families that lost loved ones today.

“We will continue to support the State Government to ensure the speedy and full recovery of the all the victims.”
