National Hajj Commission has fixed Sunday 28 and Monday 29 July 2019 for the airlift of the intending Pilgrims from the Jigawa State to Saudi Arabia for this year’s Hajj.
This was disclosed by the Executive Secretary of the board through the Public Relations Officer, Alh. Ibrahim Hashim Kanya at a stakeholders meeting held at the board’s headquarter in Dutse.
He said Jigawa State Pilgrim Welfare Board has concluded all arrangements for the successful Hajj operation.
Kanya also appealed to the Intending pilgrims to be good ambassadors and maintain the rules laid down by Saudi Arabia authorities.
A total of 1,472 seats were allocated to the state by NAHCON for the 2019 Hajj exercise but only 893 were paid out, of which 700 visa was completed.
