The Nigerian Army will on October 15, 2014 open the trial of 97 officers and soldiers for alleged mutiny, desertion of duties and insubordination during the ongoing counter-terrorism and counter-insurgency operations in the North-East.
It is with this development that it on Thursday, inaugurated a General Court Martial to try the soldiers. The General Court-Martial is headed by Brig-Gen. Musa Yusuf and Lt-Col. Ukpe Ukpe as the Judge Advocate.
