Manchester United are ready to move for Roma midfielder, Radja Nainggolan, with Chelsea set to hold off late competition and sign Tiemoue Bakayoko from Monaco.
United executive vice-chairman, Ed Woodward, is in the UK trying to land a defensive midfielder for manager Jose Mourinho.
Tottenham continue to resist bids from the Red Devils for Eric Dier, according to the Daily Mail.
Mourinho made a late move for Bakayoko, who was in advanced talks with his former club, Chelsea. But the France international has rejected his advances and will undergo medicals with the Premier League champions ahead of a £40 million move .
It is also understood that Nainggolan, who was a top target for Chelsea last summer, would be open to leaving the Italian capital this year.
