Mourinho ready to hijack Chelsea’s move for Bakayoko

Manchester United are set to hijack another transfer from Chelsea, by going for Monaco’s Tiemoue Bakayoko.

According to The Sun, having already beaten Chelsea to the signing of Romelu Lukaku, manager Jose Mourinho wants to step in and try to get a deal done for Bakayoko.

Mourinho wanted to get Nemanja Matic from his former club, but it appears the Premier League will not willing to do business with United, especially with the Lukaku saga.

Monaco are also understood to be upset at how slow Chelsea have moved and want to sell the midfielder as soon as possible.

The 22-year-old midfielder is expected to cost any potential buyer around £35million.
