Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho, will be looking to win his first piece of silverware, when his side takes on Southampton in the EFL Cup this Sunday.
The Portuguese replaced Louis van Gaal at Old Trafford last summer, a couple of months after he was sacked as Chelsea boss for the second time.
Mourinho began his United reign pretty well, but his team began to stumble, with the 53-year-old responsible for their worst start to the season in 27 years.
They have recovered recently and went on an unbeaten run, although it was littered with too many draws.
With a few months left but the season is wrapped out, the Red Devils are technically competing in four competitions.
Apart from the EFL Cup, United are in the quarter-final of the Europa League where they will take on Russian club, FC Rostov.
In between the two legs of that tie, Mourinho will return to Chelsea in the quarter-final of the FA Cup The first time he went back with United, Antonio Conte’s men hammered them 4-0.
United are all but out of the race to win the Premier League, with Chelsea sitting pretty at the top of the table. But Mourinho will seek to add to his impressive trophy haul, when he leads his team out at Wembley this weekend.
