Moses Siasia vows to be accountable to Bayelsa people

Bayelsa governorship aspirant, Moses Siasia has promised to be accountable to the people of the state, if elected as Governor.

He made this pledge during his meeting with young stakeholders in the state at Yenagoa, the state capital.

According to him, “Leadership without accountability equals total failure. In my business, I am accountable to my clients and my employees. In my personal life I am accountable to my family and my friends.

“As Governor, I will be accountable to the citizens of Bayelsa. I make no excuses. I am fully responsible for all that happens under my leadership. My Administration will be transparent, my team will be empowered, and the people of Bayelsa will have a leader who listens and respectful”.

“The world is changing all around us. We must employ new ways and means of adjusting to today’s delicate and ever changing economy,” he said.

Siasia urged the youths to support him in his bid to usher in a new era of accountability for the people of Bayelsa, assuring them that he will revive the economy of the state and provide opportunities for all.

“Bayelsa’s economy today is stagnant, and leadership is non-existent. Join me in doing away with the corrupt, self-serving ways of the past.

“Lets usher in a new era of accountability for the people of Bayelsa. It’s time for a better life for the people of Bayelsa,” he added. .
