A Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday admitted a nursing mother, Amarachi Enyinnaya, and two others to bail in the sum of N12m and one surety in like sum.

Enyinnaya on Tuesday broke down in tears after the court refused to admit her to bail.

Enyinnaya, Abuchi Igwe and Kelechi Iwuoha are standing trial on a 12 count bordering on money laundering and impersonation.

One of the charges preferred against Igwe was that he had in his possession documents concerning false details that he was the wife of the late Col. Gaddafi and was looking for where to invest some money.

Justice Okon Abang, who granted bail to the defendants, ordered that the surety must be resident in the Federal Capital Territory.

He also stated that the surety must be an owner of landed property with Certificate of Occupancy in any part of the FCT and provide the court with three years tax clearance certificate and two recent passports.

The counsels are to be notified of the next adjourned date.
