Residents of Mbiri kingdom, in Ika North East Local Government Area, LGA, of Delta State were Wednesday thrown into grief after they woke up to the gory sight of a mutilated 18-year-old girl identified as Ijeamaka Faith.

The deceased who had gone missing last month, was beheaded with her breasts and genitals cut off in a farm.

The family, in a statement reportedly said they resorted to consulting a soothsayer after Faith got missing for days.

When DAILY POST contacted the state police spokesperson, Celestina Kalu, she was not available to confirm the report.

News of Faith’s death is coming shortly after a 22-year-old man, Godstime Okoh, a.k.a. GT, was murdered by suspected cultists in Ute-Okpu, in the same LGA.

GT was reportedly gunned down alongside his friend, Kester, two Saturdays ago on Okobi Street, Boji-Boji, Owa area.
