The FA has said that referee Mark Clattenburg, will not face any disciplinary action, over Chelsea’s allegation of use of racist comment, directed towards their player, John Mikel Obi.

The Football Association says Clattenburg, who has missed four week of league officiating, has “no case to answer”.

The Nigerian midifelder, has however been charged for an alleged use of threatening and/or abusive and/or insulting words and/or behaviour in or around the match officials’ changing room following his side’s game with Manchester United on October 28.
