Brazil legend, Cafu, has shared his opinion on who is a better player between Barcelona captain, Lionel Messi and Juventus superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo.
The 49-year-old believes Messi is technically superior than Ronaldo.
Cafu stated that the Argentine captain is one of the greatest players he’s ever seen.
Both Messi and Ronaldo have won the Ballon d’Or awards five times each in the last eleven years.
Asked to choose between Ronaldo and Messi, Cafu told beinSPORTS: “Nowadays, it is very difficult to defend Messi.
“For me, Messi is one of the best football players of our time. Some people say that about Cristiano Ronaldo. I would say that technically Messi is superior than Ronaldo.”
