Barcelona superstar, Lionel Messi has bid farewell to teammate, Neymar.
Messi, who spoke first time since the controversies of Neymar’s move, confirmed the Brazilian will be leaving the club by bidding him an emotional farewell.
Neymar, a former Santos star, joined the Spanish giant in 2013 and is set for a world record transfer to French giants PSG.
Messi’s farewell message posted on Instagram read, “It was an enormous pleasure to have shared all these years with you friend Neymar.
“I wish you luck in this new stage of your life. I love you.”
The Brazilian was part of a dreaded “MSN” (Messi, Saurez and Neymar) strike-force that tormented defences both in the domestic league and across Europe.
