Barcelona midfielder, Sergi Roberto, has declared that his team-mate, Lionel Messi is “light years ahead” of Cristiano Ronaldo.

He, however, picked up 745 points, 429 more than Messi who finished in second place with 316 points. Griezmann polled 198 points to come third.
However, the Argentine has been the inspiration behind Barca’s return to form, with back-to-back wins following three consecutive draws.
“He is the best player in history. You can’t compare him [with Cristiano Ronaldo],” Roberto told RAC1.
“Beyond the Ballon d’Or, everyone knows that Messi is the best. He’s light years ahead.”
