Mark condoles Senator Nwobodo over son’s death

President of the Senate, Senator David Mark has sent a message of condolence to Second Republic governor of old Anambra State, Senator Jim Nwobodo over the demise of his son, Dr. Ifeanyi Nwobodo JNR.

Senator Mark said he received the news of Dr. Nwobodo JNR death with deep shock and sadness.

He, therefore on behalf of his family and the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, expressed condolence to the Nwobodo family, the government and people of Enugu state over the sad loss.

Senator Mark described late Dr. Nwobodo JNR who was a medical Doctor as a dedicated professional and a fine gentleman.

He said the nation will greatly miss the services of late Dr. Nwobodo JNR, who was a promising leader needed to help pilot the affairs of the Nigerian state to greater height.

Senator Mark however told the bereaved family to take solace in the fact that late Dr. Nwobodo JNR, within his short but eventful sojourn on earth, lived an exemplary life worthy of emulation.

He prayed that God Almighty grant the deceased eternal rest.
