Manchester United vs Tottenham: Mourinho speaks on qualifying for FA Cup final

Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho, has insisted that his team deserved to qualify for the final of the FA Cup.

United came from a goal down to defeat Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 on Saturday .

Dele Alli opened scoring for Mauricio Pochettino’s men at Wembley, before Alexis Sanchez equalized for the Red Devils.

Ander Herrera scored the decisive goal in the second half, as United held on to win.

“We deserve it. If we split the match into periods we were the best team for many of these periods.

“Even when they had the ball when we were winning we were in control,” Mourinho told reporters after the match.
