Manchester City are keen to sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and have opened talks with Borussia Dortund.
The Gabon striker has been attracting attention from Arsenal, Manchester United and Real Madrid, but City are now ahead of the others in the race to land him.
Dortmund are asking for a fee around €75million for Aubameyang, who scored 39 goals in all competitions last season.
Pep Guardiola has already brought in Ilkay Gundogan from Dortmund, ahead of his official unveiling on July 3 and is still eyeing moves for John Stones and Aymeric Laporte.
Aubameyang is the current African Footballer of the Year.
