Manchester City have turned their eye on Eden Hazard, after cooling their interest in Arsenal striker, Alexis Sanchez.
According to Don Balon, City are willing to try and pinch the Belgium international from their Premier League rivals this summer.
The Etihad club is tired of the Gunners’ unwillingness, to sell Sanchez to an English side and will now go for Hazard, in a bid to further strengthen their attacking power.
Hazard and new Blues signing Tiemoue Bakayoko, only resumed training on Tuesday. But neither is likely to be fit enough to feature against Tottenham on Sunday.
Both men participated in training sessions at Cobham on Tuesday.
Hazard was not available for the entirety of Chelsea’s preseason, due to a broken ankle sustained while on international duty with Belgium in June.
