Man who named dog Buhari fulfills bail condition, released from prison

The man, who named his dog after President Muhammadu Buhari, has been released from prison.

The 30-year-old trader, Joe Fortemose ‎Chinakwe, on Thursday fulfilled his bail condition.

DAILY POST recalls that Chinakwe was charged to court by the police with conduct likely to cause breach of public peace, in a case with suit number MOT/617c/2016.

The Ota Magistrate Court 2, Ogun State had, in its ruling on Monday, granted the accused bail in the sum of N50, 000 with two sureties as the Chief Magistrate, B. J. Ojikutu ordered that the accused person be remanded at the Ibara Prison pending when he fulfills the bail condition.
