One Abolarin Samuel, who reportedly got married to his wife last year, has lamented how he lost his wife in the recent Abuja bomb blast.

Narrating his ordeal to Channels TV during the weekend, the 27-year-old said the unfortunate incident made him a widower, adding that his mother-in-law and brother-in-law also lost their lives in the blast.

“I started calling their lines. It was saying switched off. I called my wife’s line, her line was switched off.

“With the news I was able to gather, they said my sister-in-law was able to see my daughter. She was the one that carried my daughter to National hospital.

Samuel also added that they were looking for his mother-in-law, wife and his brother-in-law.

“When I saw their bodies,” Samuel sobbed, “I could not even recognize my wife. Only one year we got married, now, she is no more.”
