Man climbs electric pole to commit suicide in Lagos [PHOTOS]

An unidentified man on Thursday morning climbed an electric pole in Lagos state in an alleged suicide attempt.

The incident happened at Adebisi Ogunniyi Crescent, Lekki Phase 1 area of the state.

As at press time, the man who eyewitnesses say looked mentally unstable was still clinging to the top of the pole.

Meanwhile, police officers from the Maroko Division who were at the scene could not immediately address the situation.
